Responsibilities:

• Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Preparing and arranging food
• Ensuring food is presented properly and that all components are prepared adequately.
• Ensuring the quality and standard of food
• Ensuring fridges, freezers and work area are left in a tidy and organized manner.
• Ensuring food is properly stored and wrapped.
• FIFO
• Rotating stock
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized culinary program is an asset.
• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
