The Gateway to Your Future Gateway Casino is seeking a customer-service pro who loves working in the fast-paced and exciting world of the casino. This role is ideal for those who love interacting with the public and providing next-level support to our many guests who enjoy playing the slot machines, along with working a variety of positions and shifts.
In this role, you provide vital front-line customer support that includes observing slot players and machines in specific areas, working the cash desk(s) as well as a role in Bingo. You will also offer instruction and answer questions on various games and machines to ensure our guests have a memorable experience at Gateway.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with awareness of and excitement for on-going and up-coming Casino promotions.
Manage slot machine reservations and promote casino and bingo initiatives.
Work in compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures and/or provincial lottery/ gaming policies and procedures.
Manage a cash float, verify and provide jackpot payouts and monetary change to guests.
Report any violations and escalate to the appropriate level as necessary.
Replenishes and maintain slot machines, monitors machine stack lights to ensure prompt service.
Acquire and maintain a knowledge of all slot/bingo operation policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
What You Bring
Experience handling cash and working with the public.
Superior customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of slot machine functions is an asset.
Able to stand for long periods of time and pull, lift, and carry objects weighted similar to a full box of paper.
