Position: Bartender Following Buca steps of service our Bartenders guide our guests through the bar menu, provide recommendations, create excellent cocktails and guest experiences. Bartenders maintain a clean Bar area and monitor cocktails and beverage products quality to ensure all items are held to presentation standards. Through knowledge, accuracy and efficiency our Bartenders provide the upmost satisfaction to our guests. Responsibilities Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the points of service Be knowledgeable of cocktails, liquors and beverage products in order to make recommendations Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services Utilize seat-specific ordering Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system Create and prepare cocktails up to quality, restaurant concept and presentation standards Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern Monitor the cleanliness of the Bar and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter Follow all food safety standards and systems Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely Other duties as assigned or required Qualifications A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset At least 3 years bartending experience in a similar environment Smart Serve Certification a requirement High attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills and sales ability Ability to multi-task Strong oral and written communication skills High level of knowledge of Italian beverage, Amari, Wine and Grappa Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum Work remotely Job Type: Full-time
