We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team at a high-volume, casual fine dining Italian restaurant in the vibrant neighborhood of Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. With 140 seats, our restaurant provides an exceptional dining experience, focusing on authentic Italian cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients.

Responsibilities:
○ Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes according to our recipes and specifications.
○ Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and daily specials.
○ Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
○ Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
○ Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
○ Previous experience as a Line Chef in a high-volume restaurant or similar setting.
○ Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
○ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
○ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
