We are looking for a line cook to join our growing operation. The chef de partie will be working directly alongside the Sous Chef and be taking direction from him in accordance to the menu and dinner service that evening. Our menu is concise yet classic and attention to detail is highly prized on all fronts.
Experience working in a fast paced environment is a must along with a dedicated passion to the art of cooking as well as a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine.
Typical responsibilities are, but not limited to;
- Prepping the station for dinner service
- Ensuring mise en place is done in accordance to the levels required for that service
- Maintaining a clean and orderly station and demeanour
- Making the dishes as shown by the sous chef
