A career as an Identity and Senior Manager/Access Management (IAM) business owner with National Bank's Cybersecurity team means being responsible for the delivery of high value-added services for the organization. You will mobilize a multidisciplinary team of professionals who will collaborate with our internal partners. Thanks to your expertise in IAM and your strategic vision, you will play a key role in promoting and implementing this vision across all areas of the Bank.
Your job:
- Mobilize a team of approximately 12 professionals who are experts in IAM.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to define strategic targets and gather stakeholder needs.
- Develop the business services roadmap and ensure the prioritization of initiatives using the Safe Agile methodology.
- Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business services, including monitoring processes and producing progress and risk indicators.
- Define and develop business cases for funding initiatives and work closely with technology delivery teams to ensure the execution of IAM.
- Oversee controls, monitor operations, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

Prerequisite:
- Bachelor's degree or other diploma related to the sector of activity and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a cybersecurity operational or delivery environment.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Experience with user experience concepts, metrics, and adoption.
- Experience in producing documentation in a business and user language.
