Scheduling & Managing Labour: Use forecasting tools to create efficient
schedules.
Inventory Weekly/Monthly: Manage stock and reports like a pro.
Boosting Morale: Keep the kitchen atmosphere positive and productive.
Staying Cool Under Pressure: Make quick, calm decisions when things get
busy.
Teamwork Focus: Communicate effectively with both the front and back of
