We're looking for a skilled Server to join our team at Hello Nori, a fine dining handroll bar that blends Japanese tradition with modern elegance.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience: Prior experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining. (2years minimum)
• Passion: A love for hospitality and a genuine desire to make guests feel special. 
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, sake, and fine beverages is a plus (training will be provided).
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
• Professionalism: A polished demeanour and a commitment to upholding our high service standards.

What You’ll Do: 

• Deliver impeccable service, guiding guests through our menu and pairing recommendations.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and always ready for guests. 
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless dining experience.
• Provide menu and beverage insights with confidence and enthusiasm.
