I worked several positions and did extra work outside my role for no additional raise despite having three positions I was working due to their need. I loved it until it wasn't working anymore, I felt taken advantage of and some of the management at the time was very toxic. I know at least one of those managers no longer works there so I do hope it's improved. Nothing is ever going to be perfect and for that reason I'd still recommend working here to a friend and would consider returning in the future.

Would recommend to others, provided money isn't a main focus. The opportunities to grow there are immense. Great stories from working there.

Made us wear long sleeved black shirts in the patio during the heat warnings. Tips were very low.

Pros: Great money for a bussing job. The management and coworkers were generally good people and highly professional, though there were a few prickly pears. Training was thorough.
Cons: Upper management was sleazy and made poor decisions on the menu & kitchen. Restaurant attracted a lot of difficult customers due to being an overpriced steak house in a castle. Vibe was generally stressful because of clientele and upper management.
