Overall a pretty fast paced fun kitchen to work at. Having it face the hall and to see the restaurant full during service definitely is a nice change to be part of the ambience of the place while being in the kitchen. I also got to work during the Oktoberfest weeks, and got the chance to learn and work with different kinds of meats, charcuterie arrangements.
