Conflicts are not addressed properly. Very high school like atmosphere especially in the VIP 19+ area. At hiring and orientation they really push that if employees see anything that is in need of repair/fixing to report it. Yet nothing was done about the many small things that needed repair until multiple GUEST complaints and even then not so much.

Was very fun working as a teenager; made many friends. The pay raise for key holders is low, the discounts are good and the shift flexibility is ideal for highschool students, although a good first job!

The coworkers and benefits are pretty good and schedule flexibility is great however hours are inconsistent and managers are not all that great.

Working as a cashier at the concession stand at Cineplex was a positive and rewarding experience. The job came with great perks, such as free movie tickets and discounts on concessions, sometimes even free. The work environment was friendly and supportive, with management and colleagues always willing to help. The flexible hours made the job easy to manage and provided a great work-life balance, allowing me to accommodate my personal commitments comfortably. However, a downside was that the theatre would get super messy whenever big movies were released, making it challenging to maintain cleanliness. Overall, my time at Cineplex was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a job with excellent employee benefits and a supportive work atmosphere

It was a fun environment and very flexible but the managers are always quite stressed out, which reflects on the team.

It was a fine summer job

Overall, this was a good entry level job to do for a summer when I was a teenager, but I don't think I'd want to work there again. Better than a lot of other starter jobs out there though, that's for sure.
