Staff are great with some great patrons. Unfortunately the hours and the tip out leave much to be desired.

Used to be my favorite late night pub after work so I was very excited to get hired. You must show up for random 3am or 6am liverpool soccer matches where you get maybe 4 bar customers and the rest sit on the floor so you depend on tip out. You will be scheduled again that same evening to close the bar. The reopening process they did after covid was atrocious, I sold 60$ most nights as just no one would come in.

It is a good place to work, the tops are not bad at all. But unfortunately there are no opportunities to grow.

Company doesn't care for their staff. Easiest way to get rid of staff is to pay them off. Head office doesn't know what they are doing and has little to no direction for the locations. Suggest ideas to bring in customers only to have it shot down then months later they make the changes and say it was their idea. Operations has no clue what they're doing.
