Management, coworkers, values, training, the whole package: incredible. One of the best work environments I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Floor managers are among the best and most supportive you will ever work with. The location can best be described as "high-end, low-key". And, if you're just looking for a summer job (or whatever), Five Sails looks great on a resume.

Perfect performance and a willingness to make the restaurant a priority in your life are expected. Your tip-outs may be diluted by the sheer number of FOH staff, and you are expected to be available for last-minute call-ins (or other schedule changes).
