My experience working here was not positive. Communication was inconsistent, and expectations set during hiring did not match reality. There was frequent turnover, which made it difficult to build a strong team.
Management and ownership often created an unnecessarily stressful work environment. I felt that employees were not treated with the level of respect and support they deserved, and feedback was not handled constructively. The restaurant lacked clear direction, and administrative tasks often took longer than expected.
Overall, I found this to be a challenging place to work and would encourage anyone considering employment here to ask detailed questions about workplace culture before accepting a position.
