Shifts are cut an hour before you’re supposed to show up.
Tip out is ridiculously high, and you’ll only ever have a 3 table section.

Shifts are cut an hour before you’re supposed to show up.
Tip out is ridiculously high, and you’ll only ever have a 3 table section.
Management will only ever give positive feedback but fire individuals for superficial reasons. I watched several people get fired for very minute reasons. No job security.
They constantly make comments about your appearance, seems like they are more focused on how you look rather than the service you provide.

All in all, I’d just say stay away. They’ve lost a lot of their “core values” and “family” atmosphere.
