Clear communication channels are crucial in a restaurant setting to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, this was often lacking at The Story Cafe., leading to misunderstandings and frustration among staff members. Additionally, the absence of bar seating diminishes potential revenue streams. However, the most significant concern is the high turnover rate, indicative of deeper issues within the establishment. Overall, I cannot endorse The Story Cafe as an employer due to these fundamental shortcomings. This place has a long way to go.

The GM and Owner are friends and have no idea how a hospitality business should be run. The owner is a person with money that has opened this so his band has a place to perform.
