The Dirty Apron Cooking School & Delicatessen has been a hub in the lower mainland’s food scene for almost 15 years with many avenues in the business. From feeding customers in the deli with award-winning sandwiches, seasonal salads, soups & specials.. to our grocery line of freezer meals that have also made it into many local stores (30+) across BC. Our newest endeavor is our 2 locations at YVR Airport.
