The Lunch Lady began as a humble street food stall in Vietnam, established in 1995. The daily rotating soup cart gained global fame after being featured on Anthony Bourdain's renowned show "No Reservations." Building on this legacy, the legendary "Lunch Lady" partnered with local chefs to craft chef-inspired street fusion food, opening the first North American location in 2020.
Since then, The Lunch Lady has garnered numerous accolades, including being listed among Canada’s Top 100 Best New Restaurants and receiving the Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for three consecutive years.
Now expanding to Toronto, The Lunch Lady invites you to join our award-winning team. Our vision is to celebrate and grow Vietnam's culinary traditions, sharing our story through food and inspiring new connections along the way.
