A hibachi chef (teppanyaki chef) prepares Japanese-style grilled cuisine directly in front of diners while performing entertaining tricks and engaging in conversation to create a lively dining experience. Responsibilities include, cooking proteins and vegetables with precision, maintaining station sanitation, and performing showmanship like knife tricks or fire stunts
Prince Japanese Steakhouse has been serving customers in the GTA since opening in 1997. With one goal in mind, to bring authentic Japanese and Teppanyaki style dining experience for everyone to enjoy. Here we offer a wide range of Japanese food items such as fresh sashimi, deep fried tempura, teppanyaki cooking and more. However one thing that is common amongst all these is the quality. We do this by sourcing all of our ingredients from quality suppliers and importing fresh assorted fish from Japan.
