Bufala Edgemont is looking for an awesome individual to join our team in an Assitant General Manager role!
The ideal candidate will want to become a part of an amazing group that strives for excellence in all things food, beverage and hospitality. Bufala is a staple in the Edgemont community with delicious Italian fare and a fabulous patio to boot. The Assistant General Manager will help oversee excellent services while upholding our core hospitality values, and provide assistance to the General Manager. These tasks will include light administrative work alongside day-to-day resaurtant operations.
Applicants must:
Have a strong work ethic and be responsible, personable, and organized.
Thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of solving problems and multitasking with a smile on your face.
Have a passion for all things Italian, especially excellent pizza and good vibes.
Have a knack for remembering names and faces and an uncanny ability to build rapport with regular guests and clientele.
Hold yourself to a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
5+ years in service industry preferred, previous supervisory or managerial experience is a bonus.
