Job Description

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Handle VIP reservations, special events, and customer relations professionally.

Uphold and implement fine-dining service standards, including tableside presentation and wine pairings.


Team Leadership & Staff Development

Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver impeccable service.

Motivate and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure efficiency and professionalism.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs.


Operational & Financial Management

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, food costs, and labor expenses.

Collaborate with the head chef to ensure menu execution and quality consistency.

Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Develop and execute strategies to optimize profitability and revenue growth.


Wine & Beverage Program Oversight

Work closely with the sommelier to curate and manage an extensive wine list.

Train staff on wine pairings, spirits, and cocktail service to enhance the guest experience.

Ensure the beverage program aligns with the restaurant’s luxury positioning.


Marketing & Brand Development

Represent the restaurant in the community and build relationships with key clientele.

Assist in marketing initiatives, social media presence, and event planning.

Handle guest feedback and reputation management through platforms like OpenTable, Google Reviews, and social media.



Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of fine-dining or high-end restaurant management experience.

Strong knowledge of steakhouse operations, premium cuts, dry-aging, and wine pairings.

Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training, performance management, and guest relations.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a polished demeanor.
