Award-winning molecular gastronomy-driven cocktail bar "BarChef" opened a brand new cocktail concept called "Prequel & Co. Apothecary"; a transportive and immersive experiential cocktail bar. Inspired by the apothecaries of the Art Nouveau era of Paris 1890 - 1910.
You'll be required to prepare elegant French dishes such as escargot de Bourgogne, seared foie gras,Steak tartare and our caviar service.
Training will be provided.

Skills & Requirements
- Observant with health and safety practices, and following regulations
- Basic knowledge of food production and restaurant culture
- Know how to operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, deep fryers, grills, etc.
- Comprehension in reading recipes and executing
A food handler certificate is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Kitchen skills (will train people with no experience working in the kitchen)
- Being able to maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Duties
- 8-12 hour shifts
- Managing par levels
- Completing prep lists in a timely manner
- Producing impeccably plated dishes
- Upholding the highest level of cleanliness and professionalism
- Always looking for areas of improvement
