What You’ll Do As a Bartender at Pogue Mahone, you’ll be the face behind the bar and a big part of what makes our pub feel like home. From pouring the perfect Guinness to shaking up cocktails and sharing menu recommendations, you’ll keep the good times flowing and the guests smiling. Your Responsibilities Serve drinks with speed, skill, and a great attitude Create classic and signature cocktails according to recipes Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout your shift Greet guests, chat comfortably, and provide personalized service Monitor alcohol consumption and check IDs when necessary Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately Work closely with the rest of the team to keep service smooth and fun.
