At Rayah, we celebrate French-Moroccan culture through traditional Moroccan recipes and French bistro classics with a twist. We're open daily for brunch, dinner, and everything in between.
We make everything in-house—from merguez and couscous to pastries—using quality ingredients in a well-equipped kitchen.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:
- Lead by Example: Create a positive work environment by leading with energy and fostering strong team spirit.
- Embody Rayah’s Values: Embrace and promote our core values — Good Vibes, Care, and Going the Extra Mile — every day.
- Warm Welcome: Greet all guests with a big smile and make them feel at home. Help create a warm and welcoming, family-like environment for both guests and colleagues.
- Service Process: Follow Rayah’s service guidelines to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations. Explain the story behind Rayah and provides info and recommendation for every dish
- Prepare Drinks: Make hot drinks, cold drinks, and mocktails from our menu.
- Setup and Preparation: Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized before and after each service. Clean tables
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we value passion and enthusiasm above all.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests to enhance their experience.
- A positive attitude and a natural ability to make people feel welcome
- French is a plus
- Previous experience as barista or mixologist is a plus
SALARY & BENEFIT:
- Salary: $18/hour + tips.
- Meals: Discounted or free food during your shifts.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week with 8-hour shifts (including lunch break)
- Part time available too.
- Flexibility:
Restaurant and Café open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 11pm
Day Shifts, Evening shifts, Overtime available.
