Job Description: Server
As a Server at Tee Up Golf Lounge, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service. This entails delivering prompt and attentive service, accurately recording orders, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our menu items, daily specials, and the Golfzon system, which represents the world's best indoor golf simulator technology.
Your commitment to performing all duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times is vital to ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Join our team and be part of an exciting venture in the world of indoor golf entertainment!Full Time (approximately 40 hrs/week) and Part-Time (approximately 20 hrs/week) available.

Job Duties
Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute.
Assist customers with tournaments, leagues & events
Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items
Serve food and beverages in accordance with Tee Up standards
Clean designated areas, in accordance with Tee Up procedures, including opening and closing routines and following hygiene requirements.
Clean tables, golf bays & ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed
Ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment.
At all times to be aware of and practice good customer service, assisting the customer in any way which does not adversely affect other customers.
Attend to customer complaints satisfactorily.
Carry out on-the-job training to ensure subordinate staff can carry out their duties effectively.
Maintain outstanding energy, urgency and attention to detail
Actively check in with Guests throughout their booking to ensure satisfaction
Any other duties as assigned.
Availability for weekends
Follow Health, Food Safe and Liquor service guidelines.
Experience/Qualifications required:
1-3 years of restaurant service experience is an asset.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
Upbeat energy and enthusiasm

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team
Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
Proficient verbal and oral communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
