Ask for Luigi, an Italian-inspired handmade pasta restaurant in Railtown, is looking for line cooks to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work in an award-winning establishment with a small, close-knit team!
*Please note, weekend availability is required.
You have:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset
- A positive attitude
- A team-oriented outlook
- A desire to learn
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards
- An understanding of First In – First Out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized work environment

- Base salary $19 - 22/hr plus gratuities

The service is family-style: all dishes are meant for sharing and food arrives to the middle of the table, as it is ready. The antipasti usually arrive first, with pasta dishes close behind. We also have an amazing house made gluten free options available daily. All menu items are available for dine-in or take-out.
