What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including scheduling and labour forecasting
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve quality-driven goals
• Lead innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement in operations
• Hire, train, lead, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and uphold Central’s brand standards
• Implement and maintain systems, processes, and procedures

What You’ve Done

• 2–3 years of Kitchen Management experience
• 2–3 years as an Executive Chef (or in a comparable leadership role)
