JOB PURPOSE:
Executive Kitchen Managers provide clear vision and execution for the growth of their store. Executive Kitchen Managers set sales and production goals by scheduling and delegating the back of house team to achieve set goals while partnering with Senior Manager(s) and the management team. Focus is on the back of house operations, which consists of managing the brand, ensuring food quality meets the brand expectation, managing inventory, and controlling costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met. Executive Kitchen Managers also build a strong leadership team within their store to not only support their store but also to support other stores and/or the corporate team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, training, and/or education
•Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurant or education
•Foodsafe certified (within 1 week of employment)
•Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship (including Red Seal Certificate) is an asset
•Flexible Work Schedule
○Managers are required to work a minimum of 5 days per week and 10 hours per day
○Schedule may vary based on business demands.
•Proficient in using email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
•Positive and professional attitude
•Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team
•Basic cooking skills
•Ability to stand for long periods of time
•Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed

WORKING SCHEDULE:
•Number of Days: Must be available for 5 shifts per week
•Weekend Availability: Required
•Shifts: Day Shift or Evening Shift
