Are you quick on your feet and ready to hustle? We’re looking for a hardworking, fast-moving Barback to keep our high-energy bar running smoothly.
About the Role:
You’ll be the backbone of the bar, ensuring bartenders have everything they need—restocking, cleaning, and staying ahead of the rush. No task is too small, and no pace is too fast for you.
What We Need:
- Hustle – You move fast, think ahead, and stay on top of tasks.
- Work Ethic – No standing around; you’re always ready to jump in.
- Team Player – You support the bartenders, the team, and the whole venue.
- Attention to Detail – Stock is full, glassware is clean, and the bar stays efficient.
What You Bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (kegs, cases, etc.).
- Availability to work late nights and weekends.
- A great attitude and a willingness to learn.
