The Role
As our bartender, you will:
•Execute opening duties including prep work, cutting fresh garnishes, stocking the bar, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met
•Perform closing duties including reconciling sales, cleaning and organizing the bar area, and preparing for the next day
•Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service, personality, and consistency
•Drive beverage sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and creating memorable guest experiences
•Maintain accurate cash handling and process payments efficiently
•Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service
Required Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast paced environment
•Serving it right certification
•Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine
•Excellence in customer service, communication, and multitasking
•Positive and energetic personality
•Ability to work evenings and weekends
