Create and sell after hours sales, meetings, events, parties, fundraisers, celebrations for the 6 locations in the WEST COAST OEB Breakfast Co’s which fit our award winning restaurants.
Operate and participate in the daily operations of your home base OEB (opens, closes, peak shift support).
Host meetings, generate leads and close bookings for the restaurants through conventions, hotels, local guests, events planners.
Plan and coordinate all food and beverage ordering, menu planning and staffing requirements for each event with their location Executive Chef.
Responsible for set up and execution of every event, with the leadership team in each restaurant.
Work with Ownership and the franchisor on marketing strategies, materials, on line presence and software programs (Event Brite, Mail Chimp, Yelp) to smoothly plan, brief, execute and debrief each event.
Maintain relationships with our vendor partners, regular guests and each leadership team in OEB Breakfast Co.
* Must have a reliable means of transportation to commute to all locations.
** Minimum 3 years experience i a similar role, with a proven track record of sales successes.
