The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager to lead our bar program and bring fresh energy to our beverage offerings. This is a dream role for someone who lives and breathes mixology, has a flair for innovation, and wants to make a mark in Vancouver’s culinary scene.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute a standout cocktail and beverage menu that complements our cuisine

• Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver top-tier service 

• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Collaborate with chefs and management on seasonal pairings and special events

• Stay ahead of trends and bring bold, creative ideas to the table

• Proven experience in bar management or mixology leadership
