Job Description

Selene Aegean Bistro is looking for dedicated front of house professionals to join our service team!

Selene is the latestest venture of Gaia House Hospitality which includes your Fraser St favourites, Nammos Estiatorio and AMA Raw Bar. Recently awarded 2026 Best Mediterranean Restaurnt by Vancouver Magazine, we offer modern Greek food with an Aegean influence in a lively service focused environment. 

This role is ideal for someone who is organized and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Would also be willing to train those with less experience but the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Duties

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role/establishment is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role. Candidates must foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
