We’re hiring experienced hosts to join our team at Shark Club for the FIFA World Cup. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong communication, organization, and guest awareness are essential.
We’re looking for reliable, polished hospitality professionals who can create a strong first impression, manage guest flow efficiently, and stay composed during peak periods.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
• Manage waitlists, reservations, and table flow throughout service
• Escort guests to tables and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and support staff to coordinate seating
• Monitor the front entrance and lobby area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Answer guest questions and assist with directions, seating requests, and general inquiries
• Help maintain a high standard of presentation and guest experience
• Support the front-of-house team as needed during busy service periods
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a host in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional, guest-focused demeanor
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong awareness of service flow and table management
• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and match days
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
This is a temporary role best suited for experienced hospitality staff who understand the pace of high-volume service and can step in with minimal training.
