Job Description

The Cider House is looking for a dependable Dishwasher / Prep Helper to join our kitchen team as we head into a busy season.

This is a key role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We’re looking for someone who works hard, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly behind the scenes.

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and punctual — this is non-negotiable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and keep up during busy service
• Some kitchen or prep experience is an asset, but not required

What the role looks like:

• Managing dish pit during service (keeping up with volume)
• Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen at all times
• Assisting with basic prep (cutting, portioning, stocking)
• Taking out garbage/recycling and supporting overall cleanliness
• Helping the kitchen team wherever needed — this is a hands-on role
