New South Granville Restaurant
Location: Vancouver, BC
Job Type: Full-Time (4-5 Days)
A new restaurant with an innovative & exciting cocktail program and a bold chef-curated menu is coming to South Granville.
We are searching for a Head Host to lead in a hospitality focused environment!
Position Summary:
Our team plans to deliver high standard, friendly and efficient service, in line with our next level guest experience standards.
• This role is a full time position - 8hrs, 5 days a week.
• Able to work efficiently alone and take charge of the host desk, running all systems.
• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly, hospitable & professional personality.
• Answering the phone/Managing reservations, updating profile notes and ensuring a positive experience. Proficient on our reservation system.
• Performing the opening and closing procedures at host area.
• Maintaining and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the space.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: prior experience in a high volume restaurant.
• Friendly, professional personality with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Must have the ability to work nights, and weekends.
• Must be punctual and reliable..
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees.
• Customer service focus and quality orientated.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• High energy.
