Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the overall success of our restaurant. This role requires a leader who is passionate about hospitality, skilled in managing teams, and committed to maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes to avoid shortages or excesses.
Implement and enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Guest Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Train staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience, focusing on attentiveness, professionalism, and product knowledge.
Handle and resolve guest complaints to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
3. Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Schedule shifts and allocate responsibilities to ensure adequate coverage and workload balance.
Motivate the team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
