We are looking for a full-time Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! This role works closely with the Food and Beverage Services Manager to lead and develop the Front of House Team while ensuring that our Guests leave with experiences worth talking about.

WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT
- Support the Food & Beverage Services Manager to train, inspire and lead the Front of -
House Team Members
- Manage the restaurant floor and event space to ensure operations run smoothly
- Liaise with the Sales & Events team to exceed Guest needs and expectations
- Lead the planning and service delivery for special events
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure the highest level of teamwork and Guest satisfaction
- Assist with budgeting, ordering, and monitoring inventory and deliveries
- Implement policies and procedures for the department
- Plan marketing and promotional campaigns for the Food & Beverage Department

WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage; supervisory experience is an asset
- Passion for creating a great Guest experience and helping Team Members achieve their goals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to manage priorities
- High emotional intelligence skills
