About the Role:
As our Host, you are the first and last impression for every guest that walks through our doors. Your warm welcome and efficient organization set the tone for the dining experience. You’ll manage reservations, coordinate the dining room flow, and help maintain our standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all guests with a genuine, welcoming attitude
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waitlists using booking software (Tock)
• Organize and maintain an efficient seating and dining flow
• Assist in special accommodations or guest requests
• Communicate clearly with the service team to ensure seamless guest experience
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Manage take-out orders when needed
Requirements:
• At least one year of hosting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of booking software, experience with Tock is an asset
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• A naturally warm and inviting demeanor
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Must be able to communicate in English, speaking Thai is an asset
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
