GOOD THIEF is seeking an experienced BARTENDER.
A passionate bartender, with a love for craft cocktails, seamless service, and working along side a high-performing team. As a Michelin Bib Gourmand and Cocktail Excellence Awarded establishment 2025, we value trust, diversity, positive energy, hard work, and reliability to deliver quality and inventive creations alongside with our FOH team and many amazing guests. Redefines dining elegance with a tantalizing array of Vietnamese-inspired cuisine paired with sophisticated craft cocktails which changes seasonally. Good Thief harmonizes culinary artistry with guest first service approach. A gastronomic revolution into Asian cuisine with a main focus on Vietnamese flavours.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3+ year of bartending experience
• Experience with craft cocktails and techniques such as use of milk wash, centrifuge, carbonation, acid rectification, foams, etc.
• Proactive and self-motivated team player with great attitude and motivation to learn • Passion for food, drinks, hospitality; desire to learn
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Practices self-awareness, communication, building relationships
• Sense of urgency, while portraying calmness and amazing hospitality
• High standard of professionalism and attention to detail
• Alignment with Anh and Chi / Good Thief family values and team culture
WAGE / PAY:
- $18 per hour PLUS cash tips ($2,500- $3,500 per month)
