What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
• Ability to manage shifts, including daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning
• Commitment to creating memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• Understanding of flavors, aromas, and food ingredients
• Focus on product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Ability to perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Confidence managing on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team development skills
• Drive for continuous improvement
• Residence within a commutable distance of Vancouver

Restaurant Finance & KPIs

• Strong understanding of cost controls, labour management, and performance metrics
• Ability to analyze results and drive improvements

Human Resources & Team Development

• Experience with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
• Ability to help shape a team that is engaged, responsible, and guest-focused

Strategic Thinking & Sales Development

• Ability to identify opportunities, build action plans, and drive revenue growth

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
