About the School
Fine Art Bartending has been around for nearly forty years. In that time, we’ve perfected a curriculum that trains aspiring bartenders on everything they need to know to:
Work behind any bar, confidently
Understand how spirits are made
Learn about the different liquor brands
And mix classic cocktails
Your Role
Your goal as an instructor is to make sure your students graduate from the program. By combining our proven curriculum with your first hand stories from your experience as a bartender, we expect you to find a teaching groove that’s fun and informative.
This is not a bird course. Our program has a strong reputation in the industry and students who aren’t ready, do not pass. We have a high standard for students, which means we also will for you!
As the instructor, you are the face of our school. Check out our +750 five-star Google reviews to see how the instructors before you set a high standard for the teaching experience we provide to students: https://g.page/r/CZA-QE_OXuvcEBM/review

Our Culture
This is a super autonomous role. You’ll be working with minimal supervision but can communicate with management, whenever you need to by Whatsapp.
The vibe of the school is that of a small dive bar. It has a warm and intimate atmosphere that mimics what it would be like to actually work in the industry.
We leave it totally up to the instructors to make their own Spotify playlists to bump in class. We also empower you to teach the curriculum with your own style and flare.
This is an incredibly rewarding and fun job. It’s fulfilling to see how much the students, who start as strangers, build relationships with one another, and you, across the seven day program. Students express a lot of gratitude to you as a teacher.
