• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty items according to recipes and quality standards
• Design and develop new dessert offerings, seasonal menus, and signature items
• Decorate pastries and cakes with attention to detail and presentation
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and handling of all food items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff or bakery assistants
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all products
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and production schedules
• Meet daily production targets and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
