Job Description

Archer, is a Michelin recommended, casual fine dining establishment. We are located in the heart of Vancouvers exclusive, Alberni Street.

We offer lunch + dinner service on weekdays. Brunch + dinner service on weekends. We are a farm to table restaurant, with menus that change seasonally.

We are looking for a capable leader with a strong commitment, to guide and grow our front of house team.

The selected candidate must have open availability. Must have leadership skills, core team values, wine/spirits knowledge, and an in depth understanding of COG's and labour.

Familiarity with Touch Bistro, Chase, Open Table, G-suite/excel considered an asset
