We are now hiring a Shift Leader at our CENTRAL Bentall location in downtown Vancouver.
The Opportunity
We are looking for driven, hardworking individuals who are thinking about a career in hospitality and ready to take the first step toward restaurant management.
This role is a hybrid position, combining serving or bartending shifts with shift leadership responsibilities.
A Shift Leader is responsible for managing the flow of service, upholding our standards, and supporting the management team in driving the business forward. This is a key role and a proven stepping stone into restaurant management within Central.

What You’ll Do
• Maintain clear and effective communication between Servers, Bartenders, and Management
• Ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience in a high-volume setting
• Create memorable moments that reflect the CENTRAL standard
• Take ownership and accountability for daily responsibilities and shift execution
What You’ve Done
• 1+ year of restaurant leadership experience
