We are seeking an experienced Senior Line Cook to join a disciplined, fast-paced seafood kitchen committed to quality, consistency, and teamwork. This role is ideal for a cook who takes pride in their craft, understands service execution, and operates with professionalism on and off the line.
What You’ll Do;
-Execute à la carte service with speed, accuracy, and consistency
-Handle fresh and live seafood with care, precision, and respect for the product
-Maintain a clean, organized station that meets food safety and sanitation standards
-Communicate clearly with the team during service and prep
-Support kitchen leadership and contribute to a positive, professional work environment
What You Bring;
-4+ years of professional line cooking experience (seafood experience strongly preferred)
-Strong understanding of à la carte service and high-volume execution
-Valid Food Safety Level 1 certification
-Legal authorization to work
-Fluent English and solid communication skills
-Reliability, organization, and attention to detail
-Pride in craftsmanship, cleanliness, and consistency
