We are seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional food service, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop in a fast paced kitchen with excellent standards.
Compensation
Starting salary range is $45 000 - $60 000 CAD based on experience and on a 50 hour work week, payable biweekly.
This position will be included in the tip pool based on hours worked. There will also be a included daily meal benefit included per shift.
The Sous Chef is entitled to 15 days ( 3 work weeks) of paid vacation per year, these vacations should be taken during the restaurants planned closure periods, any other vacation requests will be considered at the discretion of management.
