As a Shift Manager, you will:
Lead and Develop: Oversee daily operations, motivate and develop your team, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
Drive Results: Contribute to sales growth and profit maximization by managing labor costs, controlling expenses, and achieving sales targets.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What we need from you:
Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
The ability to legally work in Canada.
