Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour.
- Provide knowledgeable and attentive service, guiding guests through our menu of crafted cocktails and exquisite food offerings.
- Collaborate with our floor servicer and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the bar and restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and in a timely manner.
- Uphold Banter Room's standards of excellence in all interactions and tasks.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are meticulously executed.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our menu offerings, including seasonal and signature cocktails.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-paced bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktail preparation and bar operations is a must.
- An interest in beer and wine is a plus.
- Serving It Right certification or equivalent is required.
