Job Description

About the Role:
We are launching an exciting new project and are seeking a skilled and dependable Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take full ownership of a kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations independently
• Manage and train kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
• Control and monitor labour and food costs
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Contribute to menu development, with Spanish cuisine knowledge considered an asset

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience
• Demonstrated management or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking
• Knowledge of Spanish cuisine is a strong asset
